Abstract

A magyarországi tógazdasági haltermelés volumene 2023-ban 19 673 tonna volt, ami 7,3 százalékkal alacsonyabb az előző évi mennyiségnél. A haltermelés 80,0 százaléka 2023-ban három régióban (ÉszakAlföld, Dél-Dunántúl és Dél-Alföld) koncentrálódott. Gazdasági szempontból továbbra is elsődleges halfajunk a ponty, amely a tógazdasági étkezési célú halhústermelés 82 százalékát tette ki 2023-ban. A hazai haltermelés meghatározó részét a tógazdaságok adják, amelyek üzemelt területe 26 836 hektár volt 2023-ban. Az intenzív rendszerekben megtermelt halmennyiség a megelőző évhez képest 10,3 százalékkal csökkent, 5664 tonnára, amiből az étkezési célra előállított hal 4386 tonna volt. A halak és halászati termékek exportértéke 2023-ban 10,4 milliárd forintot, importértéke 52,3 milliárd forintot ért el, a külkereskedelmi egyenleg 41,9 milliárd forintos passzívuma 3,1 milliárd forinttal meghaladta a 2022. évi deficitet. ----------------------------------- In 2023, the volume of pond fish production was 19,673 tonnes in Hungary, 7.3 per cent lower than in the previous year. In 2023, 80.0 per cent of fish production was concentrated in three regions (North Great Plain, South Transdanubia and South Great Plain). Economically, carp continues to be our primary fish species, accounting for 82.0 per cent of the fish produced for human consumption in 2023. Pond farms account for the majority of domestic fish production in Hungary, with an operating area of 26,836 hectares in 2023. The volume of fish production in intensive systems was 5,664 tonnes in 2023, which represented a 10.3 per cent decrease compared to the previous year. The amount of fish produced for human consumption in intensive farms was 4,386 tonnes in the year under review. The export value of fish and fishery products reached HUF 10.4 billion in 2023, while the import value was HUF 52.3 billion. The HUF 41.9 billion foreign trade deficit was HUF 3.1 billion higher than in 2022.
