Abstract
Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint a 9. héten a Budapesti Nagybani Piacon az importból származó, 400–500 grammos kígyóuborka kilogrammonként 733, míg a belpiaci azonos méretű kilogrammonként 1000 forin-tos átlagáron szerepelt a kínálatban. A belpiaci petrezselyem ára 7 százalékkal 750 forint/kilogrammra emelkedett a 2023. 9. hetihez képest. A belföldi gumós zeller ára 3 százalékkal volt magasabb (382 fo-rint/kilogramm) 2024 1–9. hetében, mint az előző év azonos időszakában. A cékla ára 5 százalékkal 245 forint/kilogrammra csökkent ugyanekkor. -----------------------According to the data of AKI PÁIR, in week 9 at the Budapest Wholesale Market, imported 400-500 gramm snake cucumbers were present in the selection at an average price of HUF 733 per kilogram, while that of the domestic same sized cucumber was HUF 1000 per kilogram. The price of parsley on the do-mestic market increased by 7 per cent to HUF 750 per kilogram compared to week 9 of 2023. The price of celeriac was 3 per cent higher (HUF 382 per kilogram) in the first 9 weeks of 2024 than it was in the same period of the previous year. The price of beetroot (HUF 245 per kilogram) fell by 5 per cent at the same time.
