Abstract
Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint Magyarországon a nyerstej országos termelői átlagára 159,56 forint/kilogramm volt 2023 novemberében. A zsírtartalom 0,07 és a fehérjetartalom 0,06 százalékpontos javulása, valamint az alapár 1 százalékos növekedése mellett a nyerstej átlagára 2 százalékkal emelkedett 2023 novemberében a 2023. októberihez képest, és 25 százalékkal elmaradt az előző év azonos hónapjának átlagárától. A nyerstej kiviteli ára 177,76 forint/kilogramm volt 2023 novemberében, az előző havihoz képest 2 százalékkal emelkedett, míg az előző év azonos hónapjához viszonyítva 20 százalékkal csökkent. A kiviteli ár 11 százalékkal volt magasabb a termelői átlagárnál. Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint a nyerstej kiszállítása 12 százalékkal nőtt 2023 novemberében az előző év azonos hónapjához viszonyítva. ______________________________________ According to the data of AKI PÁIR, the national average producer price of raw milk in Hungary was HUF 159.56 per kilogram in November 2023. The fat content increased by 0.07 percentage, the protein content by 0.06 percentage, the base price by 1 per cent, the average price by 2 per cent in November 2023 compared to October 2023, and the average price was 25 per cent lower than in the same month of the previous year. The export price of raw milk was HUF 177.76 per kilogram in November 2023, it increased in one month by 2 per cent, but decreased compared to the same month of the previous year by 20 per cent. The export price was 11 per cent higher than the average producer price. According to the data of AKI PÁIR, the raw milk export was 12 per cent higher in November 2023 compared to November 2022.
