Abstract

Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint Magyarországon a nyerstej országos termelői átlagára 153,17 forint/kilogramm volt 2023 júliusában. A fehérjetartalom 0,05 százalékpontos, a zsírtartalom 0,06 százalékpontos romlása, valamint az alapár 6 százalékos csökkenése mellett a nyerstej átlagára 5 százalékkal mérséklődött 2023 júliusában a 2023. júniusihoz képest, és 10 százalékkal elmaradt az előző év azonos hónapjának átlagárától. A nyerstej kiviteli ára 147,7 forint/kilogramm volt 2023 júliusában, az előző havihoz képest 13 százalékkal nőtt, míg az előző év azonos hónapjához viszonyítva 26 százalékkal csökkent. A kiviteli ár 4 százalékkal elmaradt a termelői átlagártól. Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint a nyerstej kiszállítása 27 százalékkal nőtt 2023 júliusában az előző év azonos hónapjához viszonyítva. ______________________________________________________ According to the data of AKI PÁIR, the national average producer price of raw milk in Hungary was HUF 153.17 per kilogram in July 2023. The protein content decreased by 0.05, the fat content by 0.06 percentage, the base price decreased by 6 per cent, the average price decreased by 5 per cent in July 2023 compared to June 2023, and the average price was 10 per cent lower than in the same month of the previous year. The export price of raw milk was HUF 147.7 per kilogram in July 2023, it increased in one month by 13 per cent, but decreased compared to the same month of the previous year by 26 per cent. The export price was 4 per cent lower than the average producer price. According to the data of AKI PÁIR, the raw milk export was 27 per cent higher in July 2023 compared to July 2022.
