Abstract
Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint a fiatal bika termelői ára 841 forint/kilogramm hasított meleg súly volt 2023 áprilisában, ami 7,5 százalékos csökkenést jelent 2022 azonos hónapjának átlagárához viszonyítva. A vágóüsző ára 15, a vágótehéné 26 százalékkal csökkent a vizsgált időszakban. _____________________________________________________ According to AKI PÁIR, in Hungary, the producer price of young bulls was HUF 841/kilogram carcass warm weight in April 2023 decreased by 7.5 per cent compared to the average price of the same month in 2022. The price of slaughter heifers decreased by 15 per cent and the price of slaughter cows by 26 per cent in the period under review.
