Abstract

Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint Magyarországon a nyerstej országos termelői átlagára 188,07 forint/ kilogramm volt 2023 áprilisában. A fehérjetartalom 0,01 százalékpontos, a zsírtartalom 0,02 százalékpontos romlása, valamint az alapár 8 százalékos csökkenése mellett a nyerstej átlagára 8 százalékkal mérséklődött 2023 áprilisában a 2023. márciusihoz képest, és 29 százalékkal meghaladta az előző év azonos hónapjának átlagárát. A nyerstej kiviteli ára 108,52 forint/kilogramm volt 2023 áprilisában, az előző havihoz képest 18 százalékkal, az előző év azonos hónapjához viszonyítva 33 százalékkal csökkent. A kiviteli ár 42 százalékkal elmaradt a termelői átlagártól. Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint a nyerstej kiszállítása 22 százalékkal nőtt 2023 áprilisában az előző év azonos hónapjához viszonyítva. ____________________________________________________ According to the data of AKI PÁIR, the national average producer price of raw milk in Hungary was HUF 188.07 per kilogram in April 2023. The protein content decreased by 0.01, the fat content by 0.02 percentage, the base price decreased by 8 per cent, the average price decreased by 8 per cent in April 2023 compared to March 2023, and the average price was 29 per cent higher than in the same month of the previous year. The export price of raw milk was HUF 108.52 per kilogram in April 2023, it decreased in one month by 18 per cent, compared to the same month of the previous year by 33 per cent. The export price was 42 per cent lower than the average producer price. According to the data of AKI PÁIR, the raw milk export was 22 per cent higher in April 2023 compared to April 2022.
