Abstract

Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint Magyarországon a nyerstej országos termelői átlagára 223,80 forint/kilogramm volt 2023 januárjában. A fehérjetartalom 0,01 százalékpontos, a zsírtartalom 0,06 százalék-pontos romlása, valamint az alapár 1 százalékos emelkedése mellett a nyerstej átlagára 1 százalékkal nőtt 2023 januárjában a 2022. decemberihez képest, és 73 százalékkal meghaladta az előző év azonos hónapjának átlagárát. A nyerstej kiviteli ára 180,68 forint/kilogramm volt 2023 januárjában, az előző havihoz képest 15 szá-zalékkal csökkent, míg az előző év azonos hónapjához viszonyítva 25 százalékkal emelkedett. A kiviteli ár 19 százalékkal elmaradt a termelői átlagártól. Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint a nyerstej kiszállítása 11 százalékkal csökkent 2023 januárjában az előző év azonos hónapjához viszonyítva. ____________________________________ According to the data of AKI PÁIR, the national average producer price of raw milk in Hungary was HUF 223.8 per kilogram in January 2023. The protein content increased by 0.01, the fat by 0.06 per-centage, the base price by 1 per cent, the average price by 1 per cent in January 2023 compared to December 2022, and the average price was 73 per cent higher than in the same month of the previous year. The export price of raw milk was HUF 180.68 per kilogram in January 2023, it decreased in one month by 15 per cent, but compared to the same month of the previous year increased by 25 per cent. The export price was 19 per cent lower than the average producer price. According to the data of AKI PÁIR, the raw milk export was 11 per cent lower in January 2023 compared to January 2022.
