Abstract
A kettős könyvvitelt végző társas vállalkozások számának csökkenése ellenére az üzemek adózás előtti eredménye mind a mezőgazdaságban mind az élelmiszeriparban markánsan nőtt 2021-ben. Előbbi 51,4 milliárd forinttal 233,9 milliárd forintra, utóbbi 41,2 milliárd forinttal 235,4 milliárd forintra bővült. A jövedelem növekedését a mezőgazdaságban elsősorban az árak emelkedése mozgatta, míg az élelmiszeriparban a volumen és az árak együtt emelkedtek. Az ágazatok jövedelmezőségi és általános likviditási mutatói egyaránt javultak, ugyanakkor az eladósodottságuk tovább nőtt. A mezőgazdasági vállalkozások eladósodottsága azonban a növekedés ellenére továbbra is kedvezőnek számított. A hosszú lejáratú kötelezettségállomány felhalmozása mindkét szektorban jellemző volt, azon belül is a pénzügyi intézménytől kapott hosszú lejáratú hitelek állománygyarapodása bizonyult kiemelkedőnek. __________________________ Despite the decline in the number of double-entry bookkeeping enterprises, the profit before tax of the agriculture and the food industry increased significantly in 2021. The former increased by HUF 51.4 billion to HUF 233.9 billion and the latter by HUF 41.2 billion to HUF 235.4 billion. Income growth in agriculture was mainly driven by rising prices, while in the food industry both volumes and prices increased. Profitability and general liquidity indicators (current and quick ratio) of the sectors also improved, but their indebtedness continued to increase. Despite this increase, the indebtedness of agricultural enterprises was still considered favorable. Accumulation of long-term liabilities was typical in both sectors. Within this, the growth of long-term loans from financial institutions was outstanding in agriculture and in food industry as well.
