Abstract

A magyarországi vágóhidakon 48,5 ezer darab szarvasmarhát vágtak le 2022 első fél évében, 5,5 százalékkal kevesebbet, mint az előző év azonos időszakában, sertésből 2 millió 239 ezret vágtak, 6,5 százalékkal kevesebbet (–155,5 ezer darab), mint 2021. január–júniusban. Baromfiból 99,4 millió darabot vágtak 2022 első fél évében, 12,8 százalékkal kevesebbet, mint a bázisidőszakban. A levágott baromfi élősúlya összesen 304,1 ezer tonna, vágott súlya (tisztított, bontott súly) 230,1 ezer tonna volt ebben az időszakban. __________________________ In Hungarian slaughterhouses 48.5 thousand cattle were slaughtered in the first half of 2022, which is 5.5 per cent less than in the same period of the previous year, and 2 million 239 thousand pigs were slaughtered, 6.5 per cent less (–155.5 thousand heads) compared to the January–June 2021 period. In the group of poultry 99.4 million pieces were slaughtered in the first half of 2022, 12.8 per cent less than in the base period. The total live weight of slaughtered poultry was 304,1 thousand tons and the carcass weight was 230,1 thousand tons during this period.
