Abstract

Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint Magyarországon a nyerstej országos termelői átlagára 151,68 forint/kilogramm volt 2022 májusában. A fehérjetartalom 0,07 százalékpontos és a zsírtartalom 0,11 százalékpontos romlása, valamint az alapár 6 százalékos emelkedése mellett a nyerstej átlagára 4 százalékkal nőtt 2022 májusában a 2022. áprilisihoz képest, és 37 százalékkal meghaladta az előző év azonos hónapjának átlagárát. A nyerstej kiviteli ára 170 forint/kilogramm volt 2022 májusában, az előző havihoz képest 6 százalékkal, az előző év azonos hónapjához viszonyítva 70 százalékkal emelkedett. A kiviteli ár 12 százalékkal meghaladta a termelői átlagárat. Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint a nyerstej kiszállítása 17 százalékkal csökkent 2022 májusában az előző év azonos hónapjához viszonyítva. ------------ According to the data of AKI PÁIR, the national average producer price of raw milk in Hungary was 151.68 HUF per kilogram in May 2022. The protein content decreased by 0.07, the fat content decreased by 0.11 percentage point, while the base price increased by 6 per cent, the average price by 4 per cent in May 2022 compared to April 2022, and the average price was 37 per cent higher than in the same month of the previous year. The export price of raw milk was 170 HUF per kilogram in May 2022, it increased in one month by 6 per cent, compared to the same month of the previous year by 70 per cent. The export price was 12 per cent higher than the average producer price. According to the data of AKI PÁIR, the raw milk export was 17 per cent lower in May 2022 compared to May 2021.
