Abstract

Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint Magyarországon a nyerstej országos termelői átlagára 129,46 forint/kilogramm volt 2022 januárjában. A fehérjetartalom 0,03 százalékpontos és a zsírtartalom 0,01 százalékpontos romlása, valamint az alapár 4 százalékos emelkedése mellett a nyerstej átlagára 4 százalékkal nőtt 2022 januárjában a 2021. decemberihez képest, és 17 százalékkal meghaladta az előző év azonos hónapjának átlagárát. A nyerstej kiviteli ára 145,11 forint/kilogramm volt 2022 januárjában, az előző havihoz képest 1 százalékkal, az előző év azonos hónapjához viszonyítva 5 százalékkal emelkedett. A kiviteli ár 12 százalékkal meghaladta a termelői átlagárat. Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint a nyerstej kiszállítása 4 százalékkal bővült 2022 januárjában az előző év azonos hónapjához viszonyítva. ----------- According to the data of AKI PÁIR, the national average producer price of raw milk in Hungary was 129.46 HUF per kilogram in January 2022. The protein content decreased by 0.03 percentage point, the fat content by 0.01 percentage point, the base and the average price increased by 4 per cent in January 2022 compared to December 2021, and the average price was 17 per cent higher than in the same month of the previous year. The export price of raw milk was 145.11 HUF per kilogram in January 2022, it increased in one month by 1 per cent, compared to the same month of the previous year by 5 per cent. The export price was 12 per cent higher than the average producer price. According to the data of AKI PÁIR, the raw milk export was 4 per cent higher in January 2022 compared to January 2021.
