Abstract
Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint Magyarországon a fiatal bika termelői ára 753 forint/kilogramm hasított meleg súly volt 2021 októberében, ami 5 százalékos csökkenést jelent 2020 azonos hónapjának átlagárához viszonyítva. A vágóüsző ára nem változott, míg a vágótehén ára 5 százalékkal emelkedett a vizsgált időszakban. ----------- According to AKI PÁIR, in Hungary, the producer price of young bulls was HUF 753/kilogram carcass warm weight in October 2021, decreased by 5 per cent compared to the average price of the same month in 2020. The price of slaughter heifers not changed and slaughter cows increased by 5 per cent compared to the year earlier.
