Abstract

Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint Magyarországon a nyerstej országos termelői átlagára 109,6 forint/kilogramm volt 2021 augusztusában. A fehérjetartalom 0,05 és a zsírtartalom 0,03 százalékpontos javulása, valamint az alapár stagnálása mellett a nyerstej átlagára nem változott 2021 augusztusában a júliusihoz képest, és 9 százalékkal meghaladta az előző év azonos hónapjának átlagárát. A nyerstej kiviteli ára 114,76 forint/kilogramm volt 2021 augusztusában, az előző havihoz képest 1 százalékkal csökkent, míg az előző év azonos hónapjához viszonyítva 18 százalékkal emelkedett. A kiviteli ár 5 százalékkal meghaladta a termelői átlagárat. Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint a nyerstej kiszállítása 71 százalékkal bővült 2021 augusztusában az előző év azonos hónapjához viszonyítva. --------- According to the data of AKI PÁIR, the national average producer price of raw milk in Hungary was 109.6 HUF per kilogram in August 2021. The protein content increased by 0.05, the fat content by 0.03 percentage point, the base and the average price was stagnating in August 2021 compared to July 2021, and the average price was 9 per cent higher than in the same month of the previous year. The export price of raw milk was 114.76 HUF per kilogram in August 2021, it decreased by 1 per cent in one month, but increased by 18 per cent compared to the same month of the previous year. The export price was 5 per cent higher than the average producer price. According to the data of AKI PÁIR, the raw milk export was 71 per cent higher in August 2021 compared to August of 2020.
