Abstract

A hazai tógazdasági termelés mennyisége 2020-ban 21 353 tonna volt, az előző évi mennyiséghez képest közel 4 százalékkal magasabb. A korábbi évek tendenciájának megfelelően továbbra is az Észak-Alföldön, Dél-Dunántúlon és Dél-Alföldön koncentrálódott a halhústermelés 84,3 százaléka. Gazdaságilag legfontosabb halfajunk a ponty, amely a tógazdasági étkezési célú halhústermelésből 82,7 százalékkal részesedett a 2020-as évben. A magyarországi haltermelés meghatározó bázisát a halastavak adják, amelyek üzemelt területe 26 585 hektár volt 2020-ban. A precíziós rendszerekben történő haltermelés mennyisége 2020-ban 5277 tonna volt, ami az előző évhez mérten 11 százalékos bővülést jelentett. Az intenzív üzemekben étkezési célra megtermelt hal mennyisége 4051 tonnát tett ki a vizsgált évben. A halak és halászati termékek exportértéke 2020-ban 6,1 milliárd forintot, importértéke 38 milliárd forintot ért el, a külkereskedelmi forgalom 32 milliárd forintos passzívuma 1,4 milliárd forinttal meghaladta a 2019. évit, amikor 31,1 milliárd forintot tett ki a deficit. ---------- The volume of domestic pond production in 2020 was 21,353 tonnes almost 4 percent higher than in the previous year. In line with the trend of the previous years, 84.3 per cent of fish meat production is still concentrated in the Northern Great Plain, Southern Transdanubia and the Southern Great Plain. The economically most important fish species is common carp, which accounted for 82.7 per cent of fish produced for consumption in 2020. Fishponds are the dominant base of fish production in Hungary, the operating area of which was 26,585 hectares in 2020. The volume of fish production in precision systems in 2020 was 5,277 tonnes, an increase of 11 percent over the previous year. The amount of fish produced for human consumption in intensive farms was 4051 tonnes in the year under review. The export value of fish and fishery products reached HUF 6.1 billion in 2020, the import value was HUF 38 billion. The HUF 32 billion foreign trade deficit exceeded by HUF 1.4 billion the year 2019, when the deficit amounted to HUF 31.1 billion.
