Abstract

Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint Magyarországon a nyerstej országos termelői átlagára 111,8 forint/kilogramm volt 2021 áprilisában. A fehérjetartalom 0,02 százalékpontos, a zsírtartalom 0,04 százalékpontos romlása, valamint az alapár stagnálása mellett a nyerstej átlagára nem változott 2021 áprilisában a márciusihoz képest, és 5 százalékkal meghaladta az előző év azonos hónapjának átlagárát. A nyerstej kiviteli ára 99,81 forint/kilogramm volt 2021 áprilisában, az előző havihoz képest 11 százalékkal csökkent, míg az előző év azonos hónapjához képest 9 százalékkal emelkedett. A kiviteli ár 11 százalékkal elmaradt a termelői átlagártól. Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint a nyerstej kiszállítása 41 százalékkal bővült 2021 áprilisában az előző év azonos hónapjához viszonyítva. ---------------------- According to the data of AKI PÁIR, the national average producer price of raw milk in Hungary was 111.8 HUF per kilogram in April 2021. The protein content decreased by 0.02 percentage point, the fat content by 0.04 percentage point, the base and average price did not change in April 2021 compared to March 2021. and the average price was 5 per cent higher than in the same month of the previous year. The export price of raw milk was 99.81 HUF per kilogram in April 2021, a decrease of 11 per cent compared to the previous month and 9 per cent increase to the same month of the previous year. The export price was 11 per cent lower than the average producer price. According to the data of AKI PÁIR, the raw milk export was 41 per cent higher in April 2021 compared to April of 2020.
