Abstract

A kiadvány a fontosabb termékpályák 2011. évi piaci folyamatait mutatja be elsősorban az ártrendeken keresztül. Az összeállítás az Agrárgazdasági Kutató Intézet Piaci Árinformációs Rendszerének adataira, valamint a különböző magyarországi és nemzetközi forrásokból származó árinformációkra és adatokra támaszkodik. Az étkezési búza termelői ára 29 százalékkal, a takarmánykukoricáé 30 százalékkal emelkedett 2011-ben az előző évihez képest. A napraforgómag termelői ára 24 százalékkal 112 ezer forint/tonnára nőtt. A repcemag ára 120 ezer forint/tonna volt, ami 42 százalékos növekedést jelentett 2010-hez viszonyítva. A Magyar Cukor Zrt. 730 ezer tonna cukorrépát vásárolt fel 2011-ben, amelyből 125 ezer tonna cukrot állíthatnak elő. A magyarországi sertésárak az előző évekhez hasonlóan, 2011-ben is követték az uniós árak tendenciáját. A vágósertés termelői ára 12 százalékkal haladta meg az egy évvel korábbi szintet. A vágócsirke élősúlyos termelői ára 17 százalékkal, a vágómarháé 24 százalékkal emelkedett. A nyerstej felvásárlásának csökkenéséhez a teljes nyerstej kivitelének növekedése járult hozzá. A nyerstej termelői ára 21 százalékkal haladta meg a 2010. évi szintet. A zöldség- és gyümölcstermelés helyzete 2011-ben romlott az előző évihez képest. A zöldségfélék termése nőtt, ugyanakkor a gyümölcsféléké csökkent. Az asztali és tájborok feldolgozói értékesítési ára 7 százalékkal volt magasabb 2011-ben, mint egy évvel korábban. = The publication discusses the market developments of the most important commodities in 2011, mainly by presenting price trends. The material is based on the information on prices and data of the Market Price Information System of the Research Institute of Agricultural Economics and of various Hungarian and international data and information sources. In 2011, wheat producer prices increased by almost 29 per cent and those of feed maize by 30 per cent. The producer price of sunfl ower seed increased by 24 per cent to HUF 112 thousand tonne in 2011. The price of rapeseed was HUF 120 thousand tonne, a 42 per cent increase over the previous year. The Hungarian sugar factory called Magyar Cukor Zrt. purchased 730 thousand tonnes of sugar beet in 2011, from which 125 thousand tonnes of sugar can be produced. As in the previous years, in 2011 Hungarian pork prices followed the trends of prices in the EU. Pig producer prices were 12 per cent higher than one year before. Producer prices of slaughter chickens increased by 17 per cent in 2011. Cattle producer prices in Hungary increased by 24 per cent. The raw milk delivery volume declined last year due partly to the increase in raw milk exports. The situation of the fruit and vegetables sector also declined in 2011 compared to 2010. On the one hand the production of vegetables increased, but on the other the production of fruit declined. The processors’ sale prices of table and regional wine increased by 7 per cent in 2011 compared to the previous year.
