Abstract

A kiadvány a fontosabb termékpályák 2013. évi piaci folyamatait mutatja be elsősorban az ártrendeken keresztül. Az összeállítás az Agrárgazdasági Kutató Intézet Piaci Árinformációs Rendszerének adataira, valamint a különböző magyarországi és nemzetközi forrásokból származó árinformációkra és adatokra támaszkodik. Az étkezési búza termelői ára 20 százalékkal, a takarmánybúzáé 24 százalékkal, a takarmánykukoricáé 17 százalékkal csökkent 2013-ban az előző évihez képest. A napraforgómag termelői ára 24 százalékkal 97 ezer forint/tonnára esett. A repcemag ára 112 ezer forint/tonna volt, ami 20 százalékos csökkenést jelentett 2012-höz viszonyítva. Az egyetlen magyarországi cukorgyár 830 ezer tonna cukorrépát vásárolt fel 2013-ban, és 115 ezer tonna cukrot állított elő. A magyarországi sertésárak az előző évekhez hasonlóan, 2013-ban is követték az uniós árak tendenciáját. A vágósertés termelői ára 4 százalékkal, a vágócsirkéé 10 százalékkal haladta meg 2013-ban az egy évvel korábbi szintet. A vágómarha termelői ára 4,6 százalékkal, a könnyű bárárnyé 3,6 százalékkal csökkent, míg a nyerstejé 11 százalékkal emelkedett. A zöldségfélék termése nőtt 2013-ban, ugyanakkor a gyümölcsöké az alma termésének esése miatt csökkent. A földrajzi jelzés nélküli (FN) borok és az oltalom alatt álló földrajzi jelzéssel (OFJ) ellátott borok értékesítési ára 17 százalékkal volt magasabb 2013-ban, mint egy évvel korábban. = This publication discusses the market developments of the most important commodities in 2013, mainly by presenting price trends. The material is based on the price information and data of the Market Price Information System of the Research Institute of Agricultural Economics and of various Hungarian and international sources. In 2013, milling wheat producer prices decreased by almost 20 per cent, and feed wheat and maize prices increased by 24 per cent and 17 per cent respectively. The producer price of sunflower seed decreased by 24 per cent to HUF 97 thousand/tonne. The price of rapeseed was HUF 112 thousand/tonne, a 20 per cent decrease over the previous year. The only sugar factory in Hungary purchased 830 thousand tonnes of sugar beet in 2013, from which 115 thousand tonnes of sugar were produced. As in previous years, in 2013 Hungarian pork prices followed the trends of prices in the European Union. Pig producer prices were 4 per cent higher than one year earlier. Producer prices of slaughter chickens increased by 10 per cent in 2013. Cattle producer prices in Hungary decreased by 4.6 per cent and those of light lambs decreased by 3.6 per cent in 2013. The producer price of raw milk increased by 11 per cent in 2013 compared to the previous year. The production of vegetables increased in 2013 compared to 2012, but the production of fruit decreased because of the lower apple production. The processors’ sale prices of wines without geographical indication and wines with protected geographical indication (PGI) increased by 17 per cent in 2013 compared to the previous year.
