Abstract
Az Agrárgazdasági Kutató Intézet (AKI) és a Nemzeti Agrárgazdasági Kamara (NAK) Szakképzési Igazgatósága az agrárszakképzésért felelős Földművelésügyi Minisztérium, valamint a Nemzetgazdasági Minisztérium támogatásával 2016 őszén az agrár- és élelmiszeripari vállalkozásokra kiterjedő felmérést végzett, amelynek célja az agrár-munkaerőpiac keresleti és kínálati oldalának átfogó vizsgálata volt. A felmérés az ágazatban jelentkező munkaerőigények, valamint a foglalkoztatottakkal szemben támasztott jelenlegi és jövőbeni elvárások feltérképezésére irányult, valamint kitért az élelmiszer-gazdasági gazdaságok/ vállalkozások duális szakképzési rendszerrel kapcsolatos tapasztalatainak, javaslatainak feltárására. A tervek szerint periodikusan ismétlődő, az ágazatban aktuálisan jelentkező munkaerőpiaci problémákra reflektáló kutatás és az ennek alapján elkészülő kiadvány helyzetelemzést ad az élelmiszer-gazdasági vállalkozások munkaerő-felhasználásának és -keresletének sajátosságairól. Ezen túlmenően az agrárszakképzéssel és az agrár-felsőoktatással, valamint a támogatáspolitikai eszközrendszerrel kapcsolatos szakpolitikai döntések megalapozásával az élelmiszer-gazdaságban jelentkező munkaerő-kereslet és -kínálat hosszú távú összehangolását is elősegítheti.

The Research Institute of Agricultural Economics (AKI) and the Vocational Training Directorate of the National Agricultural Chamber (NAK) performed a survey covering agricultural and food enterprises in autumn 2016 with the support of the Ministry of Agriculture responsible for vocational training in agriculture and the Ministry for National Economy, which aimed to comprehensively examine the supply and demand side of the agricultural labour market. The survey targeted to map the labour demand in the sector and the present and future expectations required for the employees as well as it explored the experiences and suggestions of the agri-food enterprises related to the dual vocational training system. According to plans, the research and publication are going to periodically reflect to the current labour market problems in the sector and they provide a situation analysis of the specialities of the labour utilization and demand of agri-food enterprises. In addition, it can also promote the long-term harmonization of labour demand and supply in the food economy with the establishment of policy decisions connected to agricultural vocational training and agricultural higher education as well as support policy instruments.
