Abstract

A tanulmány két, egymáshoz szorosan kapcsolódó témát dolgoz fel. Egyrészt feltárja a mezőgazdaság finanszírozásának jelenlegi struktúráját, másrészt megmutatja, hogyan hatott a pénzügyi válság a hazai mezőgazdaság finanszírozóira és szereplőire. Az első feladat megoldásához sorra veszi a szóba jöhető statisztikai adatbázisokat, és ezek segítségével megállapítja a hazai mezőgazdaság fontosabb finanszírozási csatornáit, melyeken keresztül az ágazat szereplői forráshoz juthatnak. A pénzügyi válság hatásainak vizsgálatához elemzi a válság legfontosabb nemzetközi és hazai momentumait, amelyek az egész hazai gazdaságot érintették. Ezt követi a hazai vállalkozások finanszírozás szerinti típusainak számba vétele, majd e vállalkozások hitelképességének vizsgálata, valamint az ebből következő eredmények összevetése az uniós beruházási támogatások rendszerével. Végül sor kerül a finanszírozó szervezetek mezőgazdasági hitelezésének és finanszírozásának részletes elemzésére, amelyben a fontosabb hiteltípusok és a válság ezekre gyakorolt hatása is tárgyalásra kerül. = The study elaborates two strictly connected topics. It shows the current structure of agricultural financing while also exploring the impacts of the financial crisis on the financers and participants of domestic agriculture. For the first task, it has reviewed the relevant statistical databases, establishing with their help the most important financing channels of domestic agriculture which allow the sector’s participants to have access to funds. For examining the impacts of the financial crisis, the study has analysed the most important international and domestic factors of the crisis with respect to the entire domestic economy. This was followed by the ranking of the domestic enterprises by types of financing and then by the analysis of their creditworthiness, followed by the comparison of the results with the EU investment support system. Finally, a detailed analysis of the agricultural lending and funding activities of the financing institutions has been performed, including also the discussion of the main loan categories and of the impacts of the crisis thereon.
