Abstract

Jelen tanulmány egy kiadványsorozat része. Az első kötet a mezőgazdaság versenyképességét meghatározó gazdasági és társadalmi környezettel, valamint az agrárpolitika körébe sorolható problémákkal foglalkozik, amelyet további, ágazati kutatásokat tartalmazó kiadványok követnek. A jelenlegi, zöldség- és gyümölcságazattal foglalkozó rész átfogó képet nyújt a zöldség- és gyümölcstermelés jelenlegi helyzetről, az ágazatot súlyosan érintő problémákról, valamint a versenyképesség javítása érdekében szükséges tennivalókról. A kutatás elsődleges célja a gyakorlati összefüggések feltárása volt, ezért a szerzők számos ágazati szereplő véleményét összegezték és egészítették ki szakmai háttérinformációkkal és statisztikai adatokkal. = This study is one part of a series of publications. The first volume discusses the economic and social environment determining the competitiveness of agriculture, as well as problems which can be classified as agricultural policy issues, and is being followed by publications dealing with further sector-related research. This part, covering the fruit and vegetable sector, provides an overall picture of the present situation of fruit and vegetable production, of the problems affecting the sector and on the steps required to improve the competitiveness of the sector. The main objective of the research was to reveal the practical issues, therefore, the authors have summarised the opinions of several stakeholders in the sector, supplementing them with professional background information and statistical data.
